Little Rishikesh Revival:
A Journey of Bhakti, Community, and Renewal

For years, Little Rishikesh was more than just a place—it was a sacred gathering space, a home where hearts opened through music, devotion, and community. Nestled in South Littleton, this spiritual center began in 2004, inspired by profound encounters with Ram Dass and Krishna Das, whose teachings ignited a lifelong path of kirtan singing and spiritual awakening.

From its humble beginnings, Little Rishikesh blossomed into a thriving spiritual sanctuary, hosting kirtans, drum circles, meditations, and deep discussions on the path of love and devotion. But as all things in life ebb and flow, in 2019, a new chapter unfolded. Seeking deeper silence and reflection, our founder Tom Fuhrmann left Denver, embarking on a personal spiritual journey to a small
island in the Pacific Northwest. This period of solitude, immersed in nature and contemplation, deepened the understanding that kirtan and practice is not just an external expression, but also an inner stillness, a silent surrender to, and an awakening to, the Divine that shines through all of us.

After four years away, the call to return was undeniable. In June 2023, Little Rishikesh was reborn as Little Rishikesh Revival—not just as a continuation, but as a renewed vision, a rekindling of the bhakti flame. Though our original home no longer remains, our spirit is stronger than ever.

Our Present:
A Temporary Home for a Timeless Tradition

Today, Little Rishikesh Revival holds joyful, heart-opening kirtans and spiritual gatherings at the Rocky Mountain Miracle Center near Denver University. This beautiful space serves as our temporary sanctuary, where we come together to chant, meditate, and celebrate the Divine through music and devotion.

Our kirtans are more than just music—they are immersive, ecstatic, and deeply transformative experiences, where voices merge into one, dissolving barriers and awakening the heart. Whether you are new to kirtan and bhakti yoga or have been on this path for years, you are welcome here.

Our Vision:
A Bhakti Yoga Center for the Future

While we currently gather in a borrowed space, our vision extends beyond the present moment. We dream of once again having a dedicated home—a Bhakti Yoga Center where devotion, learning, and community can flourish.

This future space will be:

  • A Sanctuary for Kirtan – A permanent home for soulful chanting and live music, led by our founder and other bhakti leaders.

  • A Hub for Spiritual Practice – A place for meditation, yoga classes, and sacred discussions on bhakti yoga, sanskrit mantras, and devotional philosophy.

  • A Center for Wisdom & Learning – Offering workshops, study groups, and a spiritual bookstore filled with texts that inspire and support the journey of awakening and wisdom.

  • A Community Rooted in Love – A gathering place where everyone can connect, sing, share, and grow together on the path of devotional yoga practice.

Though our home, our ‘shala’, has yet to manifest, the spirit of Little Rishikesh Revival already thrives in the hearts of those who gather.

Join Us in the Revival of Bhakti Yoga
We invite you to be part of this journey—to sing with us, to meditate with us, and to help co-create this vision for a future Bhakti Yoga Center. Whether through attending kirtan, offering support, or simply spreading the word, your presence is what makes this dream a reality.

The music continues. The devotion deepens. The revival is here. Join us at our next kirtan and be part of the journey.
